Dr.Parth Shah
Dr Parth Shah is the Founder-President of Centre for Civil Society (CCS), a New Delhi-based market-liberal think tank that advances social change through public policy. Dr.Parth’s research and advocacy work focuses on the themes of economic freedom, choice, and competition in education, property rights approach to the environment and new public management. He is a member of the education task force of the governments of Delhi and Karnataka and serves on the Senate of the Central University of Himachal Pradesh and Central University of Tamil Nadu.
He is the Co-Founder and Dean of Indian School of Public Policy (ISPP), New Delhi. He is the youngest Indian Member of the Mont Pelerin Society, the premier international association of classical liberals.
He has a Ph.D. in economics from Auburn University, USA and has taught at the University of Michigan, USA and been a visiting faculty at JNU, Delhi and MS University, Vadodara. He has worked for over two decades on education policy and market-based solutions to improving education delivery in India. He has also published extensively in Indian and international journals and has edited several books. Some of his works include Liberalism in India, Morality of Markets, Law, Liberty, and Livelihood and School Vouchers: Direct Benefit Transfers in Education.
Mr.C.Devarajan, an accomplished entrepreneur in Erode. He has a pioneering experience of more than 40 years in construction field, educational institutional builder and philanthropy. He is the mentor in establishment of “URC Gurukulam”, a skill development school for construction workers. As a diligent person, he always worked for the betterment of well progressing future. Being the Managing Director of URC Constructions (P) Ltd., which was founded by his father late Sri.U.R.Chinnusamy in 1956, he continues to serve and deliver the better facility to the clients without sacrificing the quality over years.
Mr.C.Devarajan is the Founder and Chairman of “Tactive” a construction ERP software which provides solutions on the same for many firms across India as well as Gulf Countries. He is the Vice Chairman of Tax Valley an integrated Textile Marketing Hub at Erode, Independent director of “Erode Smart City Limited”, Chairman of “FIVE P Ventures” a non-profit Social Enterprise to promote traditional arts of weaving community, Founder and Secretary of “Erode Builders Education Trust”, a premier engineering college for future builders and Trustee of Kongu Engineering College and Institutions, Erode. He has been Member of the Governing Bodies of many state and national level organizations, institutions and corporate bodies for past many years.
As a Philanthropist, he actively and dedicatedly supports old age homes, orphanages, medical and educational aid to poor children. His courteous nature made him to contribute consistently for the welfare of society through various initiatives. He is the proud Co-Founder of “Olirum Erodu Foundation” (OEF) through which thousands of people and families are being served. He had his formal education at Ramakrishna Vidyalaya in Coimbatore, and undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu.

Mr.Rajesh Govindarajulu
Mr. Rajesh Govindarajulu is an institution-builder, having been one of the founding members of several institutions in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. A leading columnist, historian, author, jeweler, entrepreneur, and a heritage enthusiast, he works earnestly to revive the past in the light of the present. Experiential learning about the history of Coimbatore is his main area of interest and he is also a panel member of many higher education institutions in the city. As a historian of Coimbatore, he has written extensively on the city’s history, culture, prominent personalities etc.
Raj Cherubal is an urban development specialist and city planning expert with more than two decades of rich experience. Till recently, he was the Chief Development Goals Specialist at the SDG Coordination Center, set up in the Planning Department of Government of Tamil Nadu in collaboration with UNDP.
Previously, he served as CEO of Chennai Smart City Limited, Government of Tamil Nadu for six years and implemented several notable projects in Greater Chennai Corporation, to improve infrastructure and services of the city, and thereby improve the quality of life of all its citizens. Earlier he was Director-Projects at Chennai City Connect, a platform for industry associations and civic organisations, envisions vibrant Indian cities that deliver world-class quality of life, infrastructure and services.
He is interested in improving urban governance and sustainable urban quality of life. He has worked on various projects on sustainable transportation, urban planning and integrated, multi-modal public transportation, restoration of urban water bodies, sustainable financing of urban infrastructure, etc. He has written and worked to promote decentralisation and good urban governance. Also to promote economic freedom for entrepreneurs, especially poor like street vendors and others in the informal sector and for their recognition as profit seeking entrepreneurs.
He holds a M.S. in Physics from the University of Louisville and a M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He has worked in the software industry in areas like computational physics, visualisation, telecom and finance.

Shanmuganathan Nagasundaram
Shanmuganathan Nagasundaram is an accomplished Free-Market Economist and financial expert based in Chennai, India. He has published hundreds of scholarly research articles through his popular columns in newsletters worldwide on laissez-faire Economics and the Gold Standard. He is the author of the recently published book “RIP U$D: 1971-202X …and the Way Forward,” which has received reviews across the world. He has one of the finest public policy views on the history of money and its different forms in building the country towards more prosperity.
Shanmuganathan received his higher education from IIT (BHU) and IIM (Lucknow) and then worked in the USA and Europe before returning to India. Since then, he has been an active investor and provides consultancy on financial services. He was also the India Economist for the World Money Analyst. Shanmuganathan is the Founding Director of Benchmark Advisory Services, an economic consulting firm.
