Mrs R Kalaiselvi has experience of over two decades in the area of financial literacy in rural areas in Tamil Nadu. She has worked for improving financial literacy among rural women at grassroot level. She provided guidance and hand holding supports for rural women for choosing a timely insurance policy for investments plans, life insurance, small savings in post offices, etc. For a brief period, she was a School Teacher. She has Master’s Degree in Commerce and B.Ed., Degree in Education. She also has Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA).
